CMWallet replies with openid4vci, even to an openid4vci-v1 request. Listing both identifiers keeps its reply among the requested protocols.
Calls window.open() right after create(). By default, Chrome blocks windows that open without a user activation, so the window opens only if create() didn't consume the activation.
